Where can I the see evidence that I or other colleagues have collected?

All evidence that has been saved to Your Cloud can be viewed on any device.

Here are the steps to see from any device all the evidence that is saved to your Cloud:

1.    Tap the Post Card Icon (middle icon, under capture on homepage)

2.    Tap Filter (top right)

3.    To search for all the evidence in your Cloud, ensure the first search filter is set to  The Cloud and all other fields are set to All. You can narrow your search using the filters.

4.    Tap Apply (top right)

You can now Tap in and review the evidence captured.

Here are the steps to see from any computer all the evidence that is saved to your Cloud:

There is a detailed guide on setting up your Web Console that you may find useful. If you have already set up your Web Console:

1.    On a computer login to your Web Console, open a web browser and navigate to: https://web.evidenceforlearning.net/efl/login/yourdomain

E.g. If your domain is ‘pumpkinhill’ then use https://web.evidenceforlearning.net/efl/login/pumpkinhill

2.    Enter your  username and password and click LOGIN

3.    In the top box, you can filter Evidence by Groups or individual learners Learners. You then click Search.

4.    You can filter evidence (middle box) by Framework, Tag, status, date range and whether it was submitted by or shared with parents

Evidence that is in the Cloud will be shown (bottom box). You can click on and review the evidence captured.
