PLGs are great for supporting an holistic approach to evidencing, assessing and tracking progress over time against any short, medium and long term individualised goals or targets for a single learner including EHC plans.
You can create a PLG template to save time when creating a PLG and to increase consistency in the way that your PLGs are structured.
It is important to remember that there is not one correct way to set up a PLG. The key thing is that you structure your PLGs in a way that will work best for your Learners and Educational setting.
