Edit Evidence

Once evidence has been captured you may have a need to edit it. You may want to add extra comments, correct any mistakes or perhaps uploading further pictures or videos in support of the evidence previously gathered. 

Whether evidence is saved to the Cloud or stored on your device you are still able to edit it, evidence can be edited directly from your device.

Here's the steps to edit draft evidence

1.    From the main launch screen tap Learner Profiles (head and shoulders, left hand side)

2.    Tap All Learners On This Device

3.    Tap the Learner that you wish to edit their draft evidence for

4.    Tap on the Evidence for the appropriate Learner

5.    You can now edit this evidence and save as draft where you leave the Button Orange and simply Tap Save or you can Publish it so that it is stored securely in your Cloud and no longer on your device. You can change it from Draft to being stored in your cloud by simply Tapping the Orange Button (Top right) so that it becomes Green and then Tap Save (top right)

Please Note: If wanted to change the evidence from being Draft to being stored securely in your cloud and you changed the orange square so that it became green and you Tapped Save but you can still see the evidence is stored on the device you just need to pair the device with you Cloud. You can simply do this by returning to the apps main screen. Then Tap the gear icon (top left) and Tap Cloud Status (below this device), the device will then pair with your Cloud and your evidence will now be stored securely in your Cloud and no longer on your device.

Here's the steps to edit evidence that is in your Cloud

1.    From the main launch screen tap Learner Profiles (head and shoulders, left hand side)

2.    Tap All Learners On This Device

3.    Tap the Learner that you wish to edit their evidence for

4.    The evidence you wish to edit will NOT be visible on the device as it is stored in your Cloud

5.    Tap the Cloud icon (top right)

6.    Tap the Evidence that you wish to edit

7.    Tap the Green Published Button (top right) so that you can start to edit the evidence 

8.    When you have completed editing the evidence Tap the Orange Draft Button (top right) and then Tap Save (top right)

Please note: If you wish the edited version of evidence to be accessible on any device you must ensure the evidence is published, therefore saved to the Cloud.
