How do Parents/Carers access the Activities that have been shared?

Here are the steps for Parents/Carers to access the Activities that have been shared:

1.    The parent/carer logs into their Parent Account and Selects Activities Channel from the menu.

2.    Any shared Activities will be listed. 

To access any Activity, Parents/Carers Tap/Click the Activity.

3.    Once Parent/Carers access the activity, they can Tap/Click to play or view the videos/pictures.

Parent/Carers will be able to also download the videos or pictures.

4.    Parents/Carers can also access an Activity link by Tapping/Clicking on the name of the Activity Link.

5.    Once, they Tap/Click on a weblink they will be taken to that web page.

6.    Parents/Carers can open a PDF by Tapping/Clicking on the name of the PDF.

See below...

7.    Once, they Tap/Click on the name of a PDF it will open and if they have the option to also download or print the PDF.

Here are the steps for Parents/Carers to search for particular Activities:

1.    The parent/carer logs into their Parent Account and Selects the Activities Channel from the menu.

2.    Any shared Activities will be listed. 

Parents/Carers can choose to only see the Activities that have been specifically shared with their child by ticking the show for me only box.

3.    Alternatively, Parents/Carers can enter a key word in the search box to locate Activities.

All Activities that include the key word in the Activity name, description or Tag will be shown.
