How do I edit or delete an assessment judgement / professional statement / baseline?

- From the home screen of the App with the word "Capture" and the animated stars Tap on the Cog (top left)

- Tap on Cloud Admin and enter the Cloud Admin Password and Tap Continue.

- Scroll down and Tap on Enable Edit Assessment Data.

- Select what you would like to enable. It automatically saves your choices.

- From the home screen of the App with the word "Capture" and the animated stars Tap on the Pencil and Pad icon (bottom right).  

- Enter your username and password and Tap Continue.

- Locate and Tap on the Assessment Book.

- Navigate to the relevant Learner (if not a PLG) and assessment item. Tap on the assessment icons in the History column for the assessment you wish to edit/delete. (i.e. on the row of the assessment item). This will display the history of any assessments and professional statements recorded for this assessment item.

- Tap on Edit (top right). (You will need to have enabled editing / deletion of assessment data for the relevant user - see above)

To edit an assessment - Tap the relevant pencil icon to Edit the assessment date, the assessment, or professional statement recorded.

To delete an assessment - Tap Delete on the date line for that assessment and then confirm that you want to delete the assessment by Tapping Yes.

- Tap the back arrow (top left).

- Repeat the process to delete any other assessments judgements / professional statements.
