Create a PDF of an Assessment Book (iOS App)

Here are the steps to create a PDF of a PLG Assessment Book:

1: From the Home Screen of the iOS App with the animated stars and the word "Capture" Tap on the Pencil & Pad (bottom right).; See below...
2: Enter your username and password and Tap Continue.
3: Tap on the name of the Assessment Book.; See below...
4: Tap on PDF (top right).; See below...
5: Select the Framework Items that you want to include.; To select all the Framework items to be included in the PDF Tap Select All (top right); See below...; Alternatively, to select specific Framework items to be included in the PDF Tap on them individually. To indicate that they have been selected they will be highlighted grey.; See below...
6: Select the date and the data that you want to include in the PDF.; To select data to include in the PDF Tap the button to the right of the item. To indicate that they have been selected the switch will be to the right and green.; See an example of data chosen below...
7: If you want to automatically Save the PDF to the Learner Profile in the Cloud Tap the bottom switch so that it is to the right and green.; If selected the PDF will be automatically saved to your Cloud and available to view either on an iPAD or using the Web Console.; See below...
8: Once you have made your selections Tap Make PDF (top right) to create the PDF.
9: If you selected to automatically Save the PDF to the Learner Profile then a message confirming that this has been done should be displayed.; See below...; Note - Step 7 shows the option to be selected if you want to automatically save the PDF to the Learner Profile. You can choose this setting and create the PDF again if appropriate; You can review the PDF.; If you want to email or print the PDF directly from your iPAD or use another sharing service or feature available on your device Tap the up arrow (top right); See below...; To close the PDF Tap Done (top left) and then the < (top left) and you will return to the PDF Setting screen to return to the Assessment Book Tap < (top left).

Here are the steps to locate the PDF on an iPAD if you selected to automatically save the PDF to the Learner Profile:

From the Home Screen of the iOS App with the animated stars and the word "Capture" Tap on the Learner Profile Icon (it is the icon on the left of 3 icons underneath "Capture")

Tap on either All Learners or the appropriate Group and then Tap on the name of the Learner.

You will then be on Learner Profile for the chosen Learner and any data on your device will be displayed.

The PDF that you have just created was automatically saved to the Cloud. Therefore Tap the Cloud icon (top right)

Tap on the name of PDF to open it.

You can review the PDF.

If you want to email or print the PDF directly from your iPAD or use another sharing service or feature available on your device Tap the up arrow (top right)
