Step 2b (Insights users): Import new Learners and rollover classes
You may have set up Widgets in Insights for Learning that are linked to Groups of Learners.
As Learners move around the school it is likely that you will make changes to the Learners that are in specific Groups. Once you make changes to the Learners in a Group and regenerate the Data, any Widgets that are linked to the Group will also update .
If you are happy for Widgets to update when you change your Groups and regenerate the data then you can watch the recording Step 2b (non-Insights Users or Insights Users that are happy for their widgets to update when Groups are changed): Import New Learners and rollover classes.
Alternatively, if you want to be able to make changes to Groups and when you regenerate the Data you want the the widgets that you have set up to not change, then you will need to rename your existing Groups and create new Groups for the new academic year and you can watch the recording Step 2b (Insights users): Import new Learners and rollover classes.
