Add a new Learner to Evidence for Learning using the MIS Integration Plug-in (Wonde)

There are two quick steps to add a new Learner to Evidence for Learning using the MIS Integration Plug-in (Wonde):

- Login to the Web Console
- Hover Over Admin (towards Top right and to the left of Profile) and Click Access the Admin Console / Area

Step 1: Allow the Learner

- Click on MIS Integration from the top menu
- Within Data Control, Click MIS Learners
- Change the Display View to "New" (top right)
- You will see a list of "New" Learners
- Select the Learners that you want to add by ticking the box to the left of their name and then Click Allow (toward top left)
- There Status will change to Allowed

Step 2: Add / Connect the Learner

- Click on MIS Integration from the top menu
- Within Data Connections, Click Connect Learners
- Click the arrow once or twice in the Status Column so that all the "New Learners" are at the top
- You can then select a number of Learners and if you are certain they are not already in the Cloud then Click " Create EfL Record" (Top left)
[I would recommend that you double check that they are not already in the Cloud before creating them a new EfL Record]

- Alternatively, if they already have a Learner record in EfL then you can select them and Auto connect them (top left) or manually connect them (right hand side).
Step 3: Manually run the MIS Sync
Once you have completed the Process you can manually run the MIS Sync to place the new Learners in their correct Class.
- Tap on MIS  Integration from the top menu
- Scroll Down and Click Run MIS Sync Now
- The Status just to left will flash Running and once completed it will display finished
