Create a PDF of an Assessment Book (Web Console)
This guide is currently being built and a more detailed step by step instructions including a walkthrough video will be added shortly.
In the meantime, here are some brief instructions to help you...
You can now use the Web Console on a computer to create a PDF that includes either multiple Assessment Points or a single snapshot:
Create a PDF that includes multiple Assessment Points (Baseline / 2 Show 'As at' / Expected Outcome)
- Login to the
Web Console
- Click on
Assessment Books (top menu)
- Select to view Assessment Books that are linked to PLGs / Non PLGs
- Click on the
name of an Assessment Book
- Once inside the Assessment Book Click "
Make PDF" (top right)
- Halfway down the pop up window in the grey section change it from Attainment (single snapshot) to
Pro
gress (beta)
You can then select to include these optional Assessments:
- Baseline Flag
- Up to two different assessment points / dates (Show 'As at' Dates)
- Expected Outcome
- Include most recent professional Statement
- If you want to save the PDF to Learner Profile, scroll down in the pop up window and you will be able to select the option.
- Click
Create PDF
The PDF will then download to your computer.
If you chose to save the PDF to Learner Profile it will then be available in the documents section of the Web Console and in the Learner Profile > Documents section on an iPad or an Android Device.
Create a PDF that includes a Single Snapshot (one Assessment Point)
- Login to the Web Console
- Click on
Assessment Books (top menu)
- Select to view Assessment Books that are linked to PLGs / Non PLGs
- Click on the
name of an Assessment Book
- Once inside the Assessment Book Click
"Make PDF" (top right)
- Halfway down the pop up window in the grey section ensure that it is set to Attainment (single snapshot)
You can then select to include these optional Assessments:
- A Show 'As at' Date
- Include most recent professional Statement
- If you want to save the PDF to Learner Profile, scroll down in the pop up window and you will be able to select the option.
- Click
Create PDF
The PDF will then download to your computer.
