The Frameworks / Groups are not updating on my Android Device

There are times where changes have been made to Frameworks and / or Groups and the App on your Android Device has not automatically been updated. 

Here are some quick steps that should make the App update:

1) Tap Refresh

- From the Homescreen of the App with the word "Capture" and the animated stars, Tap on the Cog (top right)

- Tap Refresh (top right)

2) Force Close the App

- Tap on the three vertical lines in the device taskbar at the bottom of the screen or swipe up to display all the Apps that are open. This will vary on devices.

- Swipe up on Evidence for Learning to Force Close the App

- Reopen the App

3) Manually Remove the Framework / Group from your device and then add it again

- From the Homescreen of the App with the word "Capture" and the animated stars, Tap on the Cog (top right)

- Tap on Frameworks

- Swipe left on the name of the Framework and Tap delete

Repeat the same process for Groups.
