Create a new EfL Family User using the MIS Integration

- Login to the Web Console

- Hover over Admin (towards top right and to the left of Profile) and Click User Manager

- Click on the Family Users Tab

- To create a new EfL Family User Click Create User (right side)

- Select Use MIS Parent Contacts (Best Option) and Click Create (bottom right)
- You can then click Create to the right of each parent / carer that you want to set up as an EfL Family User. Alternatively, you can select a number of parents / carers at once and then Click Create (top left).
- Click Cancel (bottom right) to return to the list of EfL Family Users
- Tick to the left of the new EfL Family Users that you have just set up (they will have a yellow exclamation mark in the Status Column) and then Click Send Credentials (top middle).
- They will then be sent an email that tells them the school's Domain, their username and that they can go to the EfL Family App login screen and Click Forgotten Password? to set their own password- The yellow exclamation mark in the status column will remain until a parent sets their own password.
