PLG Wizard: How to update your template for adding next year / term Outcomes. (Change which Items are available to be used to create New Framework Items)
You can update the PLG Template and change which Objects are Available to use to create new Framework items:
- Login to the Web Console
- Hover over Admin (top right) and Click PLG Manager
- Click Manage PLG Templates
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the PLG template
- Click Advanced Options (top middle)
- Click Show Template Object Properties on (top left)

New Icons will be displayed on the right:
The A means the Object is Available to be used to create new Framework Items:
The A with a line through it means the object is NOT Available to create new Framework items:
You can toggle which items are Available and are NOT Available to be used to create new Framework items.
Once completed Click Submit and Review and the bottom right and go through the Approval Process.
Once Approved, the PLG Template will be updated and you will then receive an email to confirm that the PLGs have been updated.
