Set up EfL Form User Permissions (School)

Permissions are set up on the Web Console. 


There are two types of Form permissions available to EfL School Users – Form User and Form Manager.


Form Users can be given permission to read, create and write Forms.  They can also be granted permission to approve Form changes. 


Form Managers can create and manage Form templates.  They automatically have access to all Forms.


Once a Form Template has been created, specific permissions can be allocated to Form Users linked to a specific template eg read only, read and create Forms etc.

Here are the steps to set up EfL Form User Permissions (school):


1.    On a computer, login to the Web Console. 


2.    Hover over Admin (top right) and Click User Manager.

3.    Scroll down the list of EfL School Users to select the user you wish to allocate Form User permissions to,  or use the search bar to find their name.

4.    Click on Edit next to their name.

5.    Scroll down to Permissions and select the permission that you want these users to have.  A tick will indicate that it has been selected. Form Manager automatically also gives Form User permission.

Form User: Form User can be given permission to create, read & write Forms. They can also be granted permission to approve Form changes.

5.    Click Save (bottom left).

You can repeat Steps 3-5 to allocate Form User and Form Manager permissions for other Users.


Now you have set up EfL Forms Permissions, Form Managers can create and manage Form Templates ready for Form Users to create Forms.
