PLG - Make the Framework and / or Assessment Book Live

A PLG can only be added to a device to Capture Evidence if it is Live.

An Assessment Book that is linked to a PLG can only be accessed if it is Live.

Make the Framework and / or Assessment Book Live (PLG)

1.    Login to the Web Console

2.    Hover over Admin (towards top right) and Click PLG Manager (top right)

3.    Locate and Click the Pencil Icon to the right of the PLG

4.    Click Settings (top right)

5.    To make the Framework Live, Click to the right of Framework and change it from Draft / Archived to Live.

6.    To make the Assessment Book Live, Click to the right of Assessment Book / Assessment Framework from Draft / Archived to Live.

7.    The Framework and the Assessment Book is now set to Live.

The 'Live' PLG can now be only be added to a device to Capture Evidence.

The 'Live' Assessment Book can now be accessed by ALL Assessment Managers and any Assessment Users that have been given permission to access the specific Assessment Book.
