Overview: New Academic Year (rollover) including Walkthrough Videos
- Ensure that all evidence has been saved to the Cloud
- Archive learners who have left
- Add the new intake of learners
- Update classes/groups. As learners and teachers move around the school there may be PLGs/Assessment Books that need updating.
- Set up Devices
- Update the Owner
- Change which Assessment Users can access the Assessment Book linked to a PLG
- Use the Bulk Edit Feature to make these changes to a number of PLGs at once
- Change the name of an Assessment Book

You can edit the Permission of PLGs using either the Web Console on a computer (Step 3a) or by using the App on an iPad (Step 3b).
